Connector App

If your dock is flashing orange, you need to connect it to your site’s Wi-Fi. Install the mobile app to configure.

Tech Support

Having tech issues? Follow the steps below.

 1. Dock devices

Place device(s) in the dock and press the dock button. Wait for the device(s) to display ‘Ready’.

 2. Restart the dock

Unplug the dock from power. Wait five seconds, then plug back in.

 3. Check network connection

Dock light flashing orange? Download the LENA Wi-Fi Connector mobile app. Follow the instructions to connect.
