Parents learn how to talk to their babies in new Virginia Beach program

In Virginia Beach, LENA Start is implemented in partnership with Virginia Beach GrowSmart. GrowSmart is a partnership between the city and community organizations. Mike Connor talked with several participating families who shared their experiences.
