Agape Child and Family Services and The University of Memphis’ Coordinated Effort to Enhance Development (CEED) have partnered to begin offering LENA Start classes in Frayer, Tennessee. The parent-group classes will help to build community connections among families in the neighborhood and develop early literacy and social/emotional skills in children. Program leaders hope to mitigate Adverse Childhood Experiences and support positive outcomes for children through kindergarten and beyond.
