Two doctors reviewed the LENA Longitudinal Study, which showed that parent-child verbal interactions in early childhood predict critically important outcomes for children 10 years later. The authors conclude that the study has made a major contribution to the field with critically important outcomes for pediatric policy and clinical practice.
