Providence Talks Replication: Early Childhood Innovation at the Municipal Level

Duration: 1 hour, 23 minutes
Status: Now available on demand

In 2019, five U.S. cities were awarded grants to replicate the innovative Providence Talks early literacy program. As this three-year initiative comes to a close, this webinar reflects on their journeys—what worked, what changed, and what comes next.

Leaders from each city, along with Ellen Hur of Results for America (the initiative’s replication lead), share insights into implementation, adaptation, and scaling. They highlight the power of collaboration and the lasting impact of community-led innovation.

In this session, you’ll learn about:

  • How cities gathered and integrated community feedback
  • Innovations and adaptations made along the way
  • Strategies for staffing and scaling
  • The power of the cohort model in driving success
