Caitlyn Stafford is Director of Growth Operations at LENA. She has worked within the health, technology, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors focusing primarily on building and deepening partner relationships. At LENA, Caitlyn uses her background to support communities in identifying and implementing LENA programs that support their goals to increase quality early childhood experiences.
Caitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Spanish from Auburn University and earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver.
