Traci Martin

Senior Manager, Customer Success

Traci Martin is the Senior Manager of Customer Success at LENA. Traci is a former Speech Language Pathologist and worked with children and families in diverse communities.

At LENA, Traci has been instrumental in launching LENA Start and coaching new coordinators, providing technical assistance, data analysis and supporting parent recruitment and retention. As Program Manager, Traci trains new sites and performs site visits to support sharing of best practices across LENA Start partners. Through her work as an SLP and as a Program Manager, Traci has developed diverse strategies for supporting community engagement, resource development to increase parent recruitment and retention and coaching models for differentiating support for each family.

Traci received her Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Communication Disorders from Eastern Illinois University and completed the Educational Leadership program at the University of Colorado-Denver.
